RRWA offers two online bill payment options that allow customers to pay their water bill from the comfort of their home.

E-Pay

With E-Pay, customers can log into a secure online portal to view their account, payment history, usage details, enter meter readings, and pay bills. Once registered for E-Pay, you can pay your water bill with just a few clicks anytime.

To enroll in E-Pay, download and complete the E-Pay form from the RRWA website and submit it via email, mail or in-person. This option requires a smart internet-connected meter.

Pay Your Bill Now

This online payment portal allows you to securely pay your water bill by debit/credit card or electronic check without logging in. Just enter your account number, last payment amount, and billing zip code to access your account and submit payment.

Automatic Payments for Peace of Mind

Tired of having to remember to pay your water bill every month? Sign up for automatic payments through RRWA to enjoy worry-free water bill payments.

Auto-Pay

With Auto-Pay, RRWA will automatically deduct the amount owed from your bank account each month. Download and submit the Auto-Pay form to enroll. This convenient option avoids late fees and service disruptions from missed payments.

Just make sure your bank account has sufficient funds on the 15th when your bill is due to be paid. Auto-Pay also requires a smart meter.

Pay by Mail or In-Person

If you prefer not to pay digitally, RRWA offers these options:

• By Mail: Mail your check or money order along with the payment coupon to RRWA’s payment address at least 5-7 business days before the 15th.

• In-Person: Drop off cash, check or money order payments in the secure drop box at the RRWA office at 16166 Hwy J29, Centerville, IA 52544. You can also pay by phone with card or check for a fee.

• Payment Kiosks: Make cash or check payments at Hy-Vee store payment kiosks located in your area. Allow enough time for payments to reach RRWA before your due date.
