Invoices are organized neatly on your account dashboard. You can check charges, view invoice PDFs, and see payment history. Everything is centralized for easy reference.

AutoPay Setup
The easiest way to avoid late Waste Pro payments is to enable AutoPay through your online account. This automatically pays your bill from a selected credit card or bank account each month.
With AutoPay, you skip remembering to manually pay each invoice. Payments are always on time, saving you from late fees. Just pick an AutoPay date that aligns with your pay schedule.
You can still log in to view invoices and make any extra payments needed in addition to your recurring AutoPay.
Payment Reminders
Waste Pro’s online system can send payment reminders by email as your bill’s due date approaches. Payment alerts help you avoid forgetting about pending invoices.
You also receive notifications if a payment fails for any reason, allowing you to correct it before the due date passes. Stay informed about your account activity with email updates.
Avoid Late Fees
Waste Pro bills are typically due around the 20th of each month. Payments received after the due date incur late fees – usually $10-20.
To avoid late fees, set AutoPay to debit 3-5 days before your actual due date to account for processing time. Or make manual payments up to 48 hours prior to the deadline.
Payment reminders also help you pay on time. Just don’t wait until the last minute!
