Understanding Your BWA Water Bill

As a BWA customer, you receive a monthly bill for your water usage and services Here is what is typically included on your bill

  • How much water your home or business uses each month is used to figure this out. Rates increase with higher usage.

  • Base rate – A flat monthly fee that covers operational costs.

  • Trash collection – Monthly garbage collection service charges.

  • Taxes – Applicable sales taxes.

  • Due date – The date your payment must be received by to avoid late fees.

Review your bill carefully each month and look for any spikes in usage that could indicate a leak. Compare it to bills from the previous year to see seasonal fluctuation. Understanding your bill helps you budget and manage your monthly water expenses.
