- Sign-up for Auto Pay through the City using your Checking Account
- Payments set-up through Paymentus are NOT eligible
- Payments made through your bank are NOT eligible
- Sign-up for Paperless billing through the Paymentus portal
Once these two criteria are met, you will receive the discount. If you are already set-up that way it will appear on your next billing.
