One-Time and Recurring Payments

The online bill pay system supports both one-time and recurring payments.

For one-time payments, you simply go through the payment process each time you have a bill due. This works well if you prefer to manually approve each payment.

For recurring payments, you can set up automatic payments from your credit card, debit card, or bank account. This ensures your bill gets paid on time each month without any extra work on your part.

To set up a recurring payment:

  1. Check the “Recurring Payment” box during checkout.

  2. Pick how often you want payments processed (monthly, quarterly, etc).

  3. Review and submit the request.

  4. Payments will now be automatically initiated on their scheduled dates.

You can cancel or change recurring payments at any time through your online account.

Account Management and Payment History

Setting up an online account with the City of Kuna provides additional benefits beyond one-time payments.

Within your account dashboard, you can:

  • View payment history for the past 12 months.
  • Change account details like your email, phone, and address.
  • Manage notifications for bills and payment confirmations.
  • Store payment methods for faster checkout.
  • Edit or cancel upcoming recurring payments.

Storing your payment information and account details makes paying future bills a breeze. You won’t have to repeatedly enter all your information each time.

Security and Privacy

Protecting personal and financial data is a top priority for the City of Kuna’s online bill pay system.

Several security measures are in place, including:

  • SSL Encryption – Payment pages are encrypted end-to-end to prevent data interception.

  • PCI Compliance – The payment system adheres to strict industry compliance standards.

  • Access Controls – Only you can access payment details associated with your account.

  • Data Protection – Account numbers, card numbers, and other personal info are not stored on city servers.
