Pay In Person

You can also pay your Loma Linda utility bill in person at City Hall. Head to the Finance Department on the lower level to make a payment at the front counter. They accept cash, checks, credit cards and money orders for bill payment.

City Hall is open Monday-Thursday from 7am-5:30pm. You can stop by anytime during those hours to pay your bill face-to-face. If the lobby is too busy, you can also use the after hours drop box located in the parking lot on the west side of the library building. Auto Pay

My personal favorite bill pay method is setting up automatic payments, also called Auto Pay. This automatically pays my City of Loma Linda utility bill from my checking account each month. Once it’s set up, I don’t have to do anything – my bill gets paid on time without any hassle.

To start Auto Pay, print out an Auto Pay form from the City’s website or pick one up at City Hall. Fill it out with your account and bank account details and attach a voided check. Return the signed form to the Finance Department to get enrolled.

On the due date each month, your bill payment will automatically be transferred from your bank account. It’s easy, convenient and ensures you never miss a payment. I love the peace of mind Auto Pay gives me.

Financial Assistance Programs

If you are having trouble paying your Loma Linda utility bill, be sure to check if you qualify for any financial assistance programs. The Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) provides grants covering unpaid water/sewer bills for qualifying households.

LIHWAP can pay up to $2,000 towards past due bills. Visit www.csd.ca.gov or contact your local LIHWAP provider to apply. This assistance is available to help families keep their water on during financial hardship.

Avoid Late Fees

To avoid late fees on your City of Loma Linda utility bill, be sure to pay the total due by the due date each month. Bills are issued around the 20th of the month and due 15 days later on the 5th. A 10% late penalty is added if payment is not received on time.
