Pay Online
The easiest way to pay your DCWA water bill is on their secure website Just go to DCWAonlinecom/Pay-Online and have your account number ready.
You can either pay as a guest once or, better yet, make an account. Making an account allows you to:

- Check your water usage
- Set up automatic monthly payments
- Store payment methods for faster checkout
Online payments are processed by Payment Service Network (PSN) which meets the highest security standards. You can pay by credit card, debit card, or e-check right on the DCWA website.

Pay By Phone
Pick up the phone and call PSN at 1-877-885-7968 to pay your DCWA water bill. You can use this toll-free automated phone system at any time to pay with a credit or debit card or an e-check.
Have your latest water bill handy to enter your DCWA account number. You can also choose the option to speak with a PSN agent if you have any questions or need help processing your payment.
Pay By Mail
To pay your water bill by check or money order, mail your payment to:
