Step 1: Navigate to DCWSA’s Online Payment Page
The first step is simple – go to the DCWSA website at www. ddcwsa. com. On the home page, find the “Pay My Bill” link in the menu at the top of the page. This will take you to DCWSA’s online payment page.
Alternatively, you can go directly to https://www.ddcwsa.com/category/online-payments/ to access the online payment options.
Step 2: Register for an Online Account (First Time Users)
If this is your first time paying your DCWSA bill online, you’ll need to register for an account Under the “Pay Online” section, click on the “click here” link to access the payment portal
On the portal login page click “New users register for an account” below the login fields. This will open the account registration form.
Provide your account number, email address, and create a password. Your account number can be found on your monthly paper billing statement.
Once your information is entered agree to the terms and conditions and click “Register Account”.
And that’s it – your DCWSA online account is now set up!
Step 3: Login to Your Online Account
For returning users, simply login to your account on the payment portal page.
Enter your email address and password you created when registering your account. Then click “Login”.
Once logged in, you’ll be redirected to your account dashboard with your account overview.
Step 4: Make a One-Time Payment
To make a one-time online payment to your DCWSA account, follow these steps:

On your account dashboard, click on “Pay Bill” in the top menu.

On the payment page, confirm your account details like service address and account balance. Enter the payment amount you wish to make – this can either be the full balance due or a partial payment.

Select your preferred payment method:

Credit/Debit Card – DCWSA accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. There is a convenience fee of $2.50 per transaction.

Electronic Funds Transfer – Pay directly from your checking or savings account. You’ll need your account number and routing number to set this up. No fees apply.

Enter your card or bank account details and complete the payment.
And you’re done! The payment will be immediately applied to your DCWSA account. You’ll see the updated account balance next billing cycle.
Step 5: Set Up Recurring Payments
Rather than logging in to pay each month, save time by setting up automatic recurring payments through your online account. Here’s how:

On your account dashboard, click “Recurring Payments” in the top menu bar.

Step 6: Get Payment Receipts & Account History
To access past payment receipts or view your billing history, use the “Statements” page in your online account. Here you can:

Download or print PDFs of receipts for payments made within the last 18 months.

View and export detailed transaction history for the past 3 years.

Access copies of your monthly bills for up to 2 years.
