The Eagle Pass Water Works System strives to be the very best water and wastewater utility company in the State of Texas. We work extremely hard to provide our customers with the highest quality and most reliable water and wastewater services at the most reasonable and affordable level to our customers.

Although we have tried our best to keep the prices at a competitive level, our operating costs have increased significantly due to price increases from suppliers/vendors, thus prompting us to make the tough decision of adjusting our costs for services and materials.

Therefore, the following changes will take place effective October 2nd, 2023:

1. Pre-tapped and non-tapped meter installation fees will increase. Please contact our Customer Service Representatives at 830-773-2351 for a list of new fees or to get a quote for services.

2. Service connections and reconnections during regular hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. will be $30.00. After-hours service connections or reconnections will only be done from 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm and the cost will be $60.00.

3. Weekend service connections or reconnections will be done from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm with a cost of $60.00.

The following change will take place effective January 2nd, 2024:

1. Disconnections for non-payment will be done at anytime after due date, as shown in your water bill. A $10.00 administration fee will be applied to any bill not paid by 8:00 am on disconnection day following the due date. If disconnected, a charge of $30.00 reconnection fee will be applied during business hours, after hours and weekends the fee will be $60.00.
