Before you can log into online bill pay, you’ll need your LPWD account number. This can be found on the top right corner of your paper billing statement. Account numbers are 9 digits long and only use numeric characters – no decimals or spaces.

Once you have your account number handy, click on the “online payments” link on the LPWD payments page. This will direct you to the login portal for Invoice Cloud. If it’s your first time using the online system, click “Register” and enter your account details.

The Lafourche Parish Water District office in Lockport remains open for in-person water bill payments and customer service during regular business hours.

Located at 1219 Crescent Ave, the LPWD office accepts cash, checks, credit cards, and money orders. Be aware that credit card payments under $85 incur a $2.50 convenience fee, while payments over $85 are charged 2.95% of the total.
