If a customer experiences a power outage that is not indicated on the map, it is important to report it. To report a power outage, customers should call the Little Ocmulgee EMC customer service line at 1-888-996-6466. The customer service representative will need the customer’s address and contact information for the outage report. If the outage is widespread, customers may also be asked to provide details on the time the power went out, the type of outage they are experiencing, and the number of people affected.

Little Ocmulgee Electric Membership Corporation (EMC) is an energy provider that offers a range of incentives and rebates to customers who choose to reduce their energy consumption and make their home or business more energy efficient. These incentives include rebates and free energy audits to identify potential energy savings. Rebates are available for a variety of energy-efficient appliances, such as air conditioners, refrigerators, lighting, and home insulation, while energy audits help customers identify where energy is being wasted and how to reduce their energy costs.
The Little Ocmulgee EMC offers a $50 rebate per air conditioning unit, up to a maximum of $250, for customers who purchase a new energy efficient air conditioning unit. Customers can also receive a $50 rebate if they purchase a new energy efficient refrigerator.
