Online Bill Pay

The easiest way for most people to pay a My Wake Health bill is online through the myWakeHealth patient portal. You can log in at www.mywakehealth.org and click on the Billing tab. From there, you can view your account balance, make a payment, set up a payment plan, and more.

There’s no need to have a myWakeHealth account to pay online. You can still do it as a guest. Just go to www. mywakehealth. org/MyChart/billing/guestpay/payasguest and enter some basic information from your statement. You’ll be able to securely pay by credit/debit card without logging in.

Pay By Phone

To pay your bill over the phone, call 336-716-3988 or the toll-free number 877-983-7497. Customer service agents are available Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm EST to assist you in making a payment.

You’ll need your account number and billing details handy when you call. The automated phone system is also available 24/7 for quick bill payments

Pay By Mail

If you’d rather pay by mail, you can send a money order or check to:

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist
PO Box 751727

Make sure to include the payment coupon from your bill, and give us three to five business days to receive and process your payment.

In-Person Payments

You can visit the Financial Counseling Office at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem to pay your bill in person with cash, check or card. Their office is located on the main level of Reynolds Tower and open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

You can also pay at the Customer Service offices at the Lexington, Davie, and High Point medical center locations. See www.wakehealth.edu for addresses and hours.

Payment Plan Options

If you are unable to pay your full balance due, My Wake Health offers customized payment plans to fit your budget. You’ll need to speak with a financial counselor to set up a monthly payment plan and avoid further collection actions.

Payment plans can be arranged for balances over $100 and terms up to 36 months depending on your circumstance. Call or visit the Financial Counseling Office to get started.
