Getting Started with SmartHub
The key to easy bill payment with NNEC is using SmartHub, their online account management portal You can access SmartHub from NNEC’s website or by downloading the free mobile app for your smartphone or tablet. SmartHub allows you to securely access your NNEC account, view monthly usage and charges, make one-time payments or set up recurring payments, report outages, and more
To get started, visit NNEC’s website and click on “Login & Pay Your Bill” under the Pay My Bill section. This will direct you to the SmartHub login page. If you already have an online account, simply enter your username and password. Don’t have an account yet? No problem – you can easily register right on the SmartHub website by providing some basic information like your NNEC account number name email address, and creating a secure password.
