Paying Online Through SmartHub
The easiest way for NEC members to pay online is through SmartHub. This is the cooperative’s self-service member portal.
After creating a SmartHub account and linking it to your NEC account, you can log in anytime to:

How much does a co-op cost?
The Cooperative shall charge $100 for each trip to Member’s premises during office hours and $200 after hours, which is requested by the Member, or is reasonably necessary under standard operating practice (e.g. maintenance calls if the problem is on the Member’s side). A $350 fee / deposit is charged to secure engineering services.
