Sign Up for E-Billing
The first step to easy bill payment is enabling e-billing so your monthly statements are sent directly to your email, Here’s how to get started
- Go to HTC My Account and log in.
- Under Billing, select “Go Paperless”.
- Enter your email address and select paperless billing.
- That’s it! Your next bill will arrive in your inbox.
E-billing saves paper and lets you access your statement from anywhere. Plus, it’s better for the environment.
Pay Your HTC Bill Online
The fastest way to pay your bill is online through My Account. You can pay right away or set up recurring auto-pay.
To pay online:
- Login to My Account.
- Under Billing, choose “Make a Payment”.
- Select your payment amount and method.
- Enter your card details or bank account.
- Review and submit.
It only takes a few minutes to pay online 24/7. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your payment details.
Pay by Phone
If you prefer to speak to a representative, you can pay your HTC bill conveniently over the phone.

The easiest way to avoid late fees is by enrolling in auto-pay through My Account. Your bill will be paid automatically each month on the due date using your preferred payment method.

Check Your Balance Online
