Paying Online Through the Customer Portal
The fastest and easiest way to pay your Inframark bill is through the online customer portal.
To get started, visit https://www.inframark.com/customer-portal and select “Utility Districts.” First-time users will need to register their account. Have your Inframark account number handy to complete registration.
Once registered, you can log in anytime to:
- View your current balance
- See previous statements and payment history
- Make one-time payments
- Set up recurring auto-draft payments
- Manage payment methods
- Update account information
The portal offers convenience and flexibility to pay exactly how and when you need. You can use a bank account, credit card or debit card to pay online. Payments process instantly, so your account stays up to date.
Paying by Phone
To pay your Inframark bill over the phone, call (281) 579-4500 and select option 1 for the billing department. You’ll need to provide your account number and credit/debit card information.
Phone payments made during business hours before 5 p.m. CST will process the same day.
Paying by Mail
If you prefer to mail your payment, send a check or money order to:

Write your Inframark account number on the check or money order to ensure proper credit. Allow 5-7 business days for mailed payments to reach the payment processing center.
Enrolling in Auto-Draft Payments
For hassle-free bill payment, enroll in auto-draft through the customer portal. This automatically pays your bill from your bank account each month on the due date.
To start auto-draft payments:
- Log into the customer portal
- Click on “My Profile”
- Select “AutoPay Accounts”
- Enter your bank account information
You’ll still receive monthly statements for your review. The payment amount will automatically deduct on the due date.
Paying in Person
You can pay your Inframark bill in person at an authorized payment center. Locations include:
- El Paso Offices
- Houston Offices
- North Texas Offices
- Mountain House Offices
Payment centers accept cash, checks, credit and debit cards. Find a location convenient for you through the customer portal.
Avoid Late Fees
No matter which option you choose, be sure to pay your Inframark bill by the due date listed to avoid late fees. If you’re unable to pay on time, call right away to discuss a payment plan.
