If you don’t have a JEA online account, you can still easily pay your bill online through the JEA Guest Pay portal. Guest Pay allows you to make one-time payments by bank account or debit/credit card by entering the JEA account number you wish to pay.

Fast Pay is a convenient way to pay your JEA bill by credit card without logging into jea.com or having to re-enter payment information each month.
By signing up for Fast Pay, you’ll get an email each month (separately from your eBill, if applicable) to confirm your utility payment amount. Click to confirm your payment and your utility bill will be automatically paid with the credit card saved in your account.
To set up Fast Pay:
- From the Online Bill Pay page, click the Pay by Credit/Debit button.
- Then from the resulting JEA Online Payments page, click the upper-left menu and select Fast Pay.

- Under Bill Delivery Options, select “Enroll in eBill,” then click Submit.
- Upon enrolling, your next JEA bill-ready notification will arrive by email at about the same time you would receive your bill in the mail. You will no longer receive a paper bill.
