Late notice – If still unpaid by the due date, a late fee is applied and a late notice is sent stating disconnection may occur after an additional 10 days without payment.

Shut off notice – A final shut off notice is sent if the 10 day late payment grace period has passed without payment arrangements being made. This provides 5 more days before disconnection.

Disconnection – If the past due balance remains unpaid on the shut off notice deadline, your service can be physically disconnected that day.
As you can see, Liberty Power provides multiple written warnings over the course of a month before shutting off service. Avoid this worst case scenario by simply paying your bill in full each month before the initial due date. Paying online is the most reliable way to do this.
If you do miss a payment and receive a late or shut off notice, immediately contact Liberty Power to make alternate payment arrangements.
