Auto pay means no more late fees or having to remembering to manually pay each month!
Pay at Retail Locations

Look for PayNearMe stores, which can accept Google Fi payments with cash or card. Just provide your Google Fi phone number and payment amount due.
You can also pay at Western Union locations using cash, checks, or money orders. Just take your billing statement.
Paying in-person is quick and convenient if you prefer to pay with cash or talk to someone face-to-face.
Get Payment Receipts
Always be sure to save receipts anytime you pay your Google Fi phone bill for your records.
If you pay online through your Google account, you can access billing statements and download or print payment receipts at any time.
If you enroll in auto pay, you’ll receive email receipts each month when your bill payment is processed.
For phone or in-person payments, be sure to ask for a physical receipt for your Google Fi bill payment.
Having a receipt makes it easy to cross-reference payments with your bank statements.
Avoid Late Fees
To avoid late payment fees on your Google Fi account, be sure to pay your bill by the due date each month.
Your monthly due date is shown on your statement and in the Google Fi app/website. As long as your payment processes by the due date, you’ll be fine.
With auto pay enabled, your payments will process automatically each month on your set date, preventing late fees.
We also recommend paying online or with the app, since in-person or phone payments can take 1-2 days to process onto your account. Paying online is instant.
Set calendar reminders for your due date and pay early if needed to give additional time for processing. This ensures your Google Fi bill is paid on time.
