Pay Using the Rogers Website

The Rogers website offers a few different ways to pay your bill online. Here are the steps to make a one-time payment:

  1. Go to rogers.com and login to MyRogers.

  2. From the Overview tab, click on “Make a Payment”.

  3. Enter your payment amount and complete the fields with your credit card, Visa debit, debit card, or bank account details.

  4. Review and submit the payment.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with the payment details. It may take 1 business day for the payment to show up in your account’s payment history.

This is the easiest way to make a one-off payment on your bill. But you can also set up recurring automatic payments on the Rogers website.

To do this:

  1. Under the Billing & Payments tab, click “Set up Automatic Payments”.

  2. Select your preferred payment frequency and date.

  3. Enter your credit card, Visa debit, debit card, or bank account details.

  4. Review and agree to the terms and conditions.

  5. Submit to activate automatic payments.

Now Rogers will automatically withdraw your bill payment on the set date every month.

Pay Using the MyRogers Mobile App

The MyRogers app allows you to easily pay your Rogers bill on your smartphone. Here are the steps:

  1. Download the MyRogers app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

  2. Login to the app with your Rogers account credentials.

  3. From the menu, tap on “Billing & Payments” then “Make a Payment”.

  4. Enter your payment details and amount.

Pay Through Your Bank

Managing your Mastercard payments

You can pay your credit card statement:

  • As a one-time or recurring payment through online, telephone or mobile app banking, select: ROGERS BANK-MASTERCARD as your payee.
  • In person at most Canadian financial institutions.

The minimum payment due date varies by month due to holidays and weekends. It is printed on each of your monthly statements. Sign in to your online bank account to view your minimum payment due date.

You will receive a statement each billing period unless there has been no activity on your account during that billing period and there is no balance outstanding.

To obtain a copy of your statement follow the steps below:

  • Sign in here.
  • After sign in, go to ‘I want to…’ and select ‘View statements’.

You can view 24 months of statements in your online bank account.

Before you open a dispute, consider the following:

  • Do you recognize the merchant name? The merchant may have registered with a different legal name.
  • Is the date incorrect? Some transactions may take a few days to post.
  • Did another authorized user make the purchase?
  • Have you signed up for a trial offer?

If you still suspect an issue:
