Online Bill Pay
The fastest and easiest way to pay is online through the City of Xenia website. You can make secure online payments 24/7 using the Invoice Cloud portal.
To start, create an online account and register your water account to enable online bill access. Once registered, you can:

Online payments can be made via credit/debit card or e-check from a bank account. There are no processing fees to pay online using electronic check. Credit and debit card payments do have a small fee.
Pay By Phone
The City of Xenia offers an automated pay-by-phone system through InvoiceCloud. Call 1-855-490-1813 anytime to make a payment using your credit/debit card or checking account number. Just have your account number and amount due ready when you call.
Pay By Mail
To pay your water bill by mail, detach the payment stub from your printed invoice and enclose it along with a check or money order. Be sure your Xenia water account number is written on the payment.

For added convenience, the City of Xenia has partnered with Paymentus to offer self-service bill payment kiosks at two locations:

Kiosks accept credit/debit cards, cash, or checks. You can also print receipts.
Auto-Pay
Forget about due dates and mailing payments with auto-pay. This free service automatically deducts your water bill from your checking account each month.
To enroll in auto-pay, complete the eZ Pay form and submit a voided check. Download the form on the City of Xenia website.

With the change to InvoiceCloud, the option to pay via phone will now be handled by InvoiceCloud (not PSN) will be via an automated system. Speaking to an individual will not be an option for making a payment by phone anymore. With InvoiceCloud, you can schedule payments, use autopay, or make one-time payments with an echeck or debit/credit card, or you can also use the following apps to pay your bill:

Payments made via the website are final and are not reversible. Visa, MasterCard and Discover are not responsible for refunding payments made in error. Please use caution when entering online payments and contact Utility Billing at 937-376-7242 if you make an error on an online payment. Electronic or paper checks returned to the City of Xenia for any reason (non-sufficient funds, closed account, incorrect routing/account number) are subject to a $40 returned item fee from the City of Xenia and possible immediate service disconnection.
