Your SEPB Electric Bill
Customers receive a monthly billing statement for electric usage and any other SEPB services like internet or cable TV.
Important details on your electric bill:

- Billed dates
- Current electric charges
- Account balance and due date
SEPB bills are due within 15 days. Late fees apply to past due balances.

Pay in Person
Visit the SEPB office at 404 E Willow St in Scottsboro to pay your bill in person Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. A 24-hour drop box is also available.
Payment Plan Options
If you cannot pay your full balance, SEPB offers payment arrangements to split your balance into smaller installments.
Payment plans must be set up through the SEPB office, either in person or by calling 256-574-2680. An initial payment of 1/3 the past due amount is required.
