The lady I spoke to was very professional and tried to help me resolve the issue but as soon as I told her what the codes were she said we had to have an appointment set up unfortunately a week from the day I called was the soonest. She tried to find out how to resolve a ongoing alert that I could not get to stop but while on hold to schedule my appointment I figured that part out and advised her what the solution was that she was trying to find it in the system. So it was a two-way resolve now I just wait for them to come fix it. I called and was on hold for 10 minutes before I got a hold of another part of the recording that advised if I wanted to hang up I can keep my place in line and they would call me back that should have happened a lot sooner.
Still no service call after not showing until 3 hours late and 9:15pm with little kids at home!
