Pay Online Through the Payment Portal

The fastest, most convenient way to pay your Summerville water bill is through their online payment portal. You can pay one-time or set up an account for recurring payments.

Visit www.municipalonlinepayments.com/summervillega/utilities and select “Quick Pay” to make a one-time payment. Just input your account number, balance due and payment info.

Or click “Sign In” to create an online account. This lets you store payment methods securely on file for future use. You’ll also have access to account history and billing statements.

There is a small $2.50 convenience fee per transaction for using the online payment system. But I find paying online to be worth it for the speed and convenience.

Pay Over the Phone

If you prefer paying by phone, Summerville offers an automated pay-by-phone system.

Just dial (866) 929-2475 to access the payment line. You’ll need to enter your account number, current charges due, and payment details.

The system accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or electronic check over the phone. Like online payments there is a small $2.50 fee to use this automated service.

Pay by Mail

To pay your water bill by mail, simply send a check or money order along with your payment stub to:
