How to Pay Your Sewer Bill Online
Paying your DSSS sewer bill online is simple and only takes a few minutes. Here are step-by-step instructions:
1. Set Up Your Online Account
First, you’ll need to set up an online account on the DSSS self-service web portal.

Click “Register” below the login box.

Enter your account number and other details to register. Your account number can be found on your sewer bill.

Create a username and password.
Once registered, you can now log into your account anytime.
2. Log Into Your Account
To pay your bill, first log into your DSSS online account:

Enter your username and password.

Click “Login”.
This will bring you to your account homepage.
3. View Your Bill
Once logged in, you can view your current sewer bill as well as previous bills:

Click “Bill Search” on the top menu bar.

Select your account from the dropdown menu.

Click “Search”.
This will display your current bill that is due, along with past bills.
- Click “View Bill” to see the full details of that bill.
Review the bill details like usage, charges, account balance, due date, etc. Make sure the bill is yours and the charges look accurate.
4. Make a Payment
Now that your bill is pulled up, you can make a payment:

While viewing your bill, click “Pay Bill” near the top.

Enter the payment amount. The default will show the total amount due.

Select a payment method. Options include credit/debit card, e-check from a bank account, or electronic bill pay service.

Enter your payment details and submit.

Print or save the payment receipt for your records.
And that’s it – your bill is now paid online! The payment will typically process in 1-2 business days. You’ll receive email confirmations as your payment is accepted and processed. Log into your account anytime to view your payment history and new bills.
