I’ve been a US Cellular customer for over 3 years now. In that time, I must have paid at least a few dozen bills. So from my experience, let me outline the easiest ways to pay your U.S. Cellular bill online. I’ll be focusing specifically on the website and mobile app. But you can also pay via phone, by mail, or at authorized payment locations. More on that later.

First, head to US Cellular’s website and log into your account. You’ll need to enter your wireless number and account PIN. Once you’ve signed in, you’ll arrive at your Account Overview page. This shows recent payments, current balance due, and your next payment date.
To pay your bill, look in the top menu bar and click “Make a Payment”. This takes you to the payment page. Here, choose whether you want to pay the total current balance or enter a custom amount. Then select your payment method – credit/debit card or bank account. Enter the necessary details and submit the payment.
The whole process only takes about 2-3 minutes once you’re logged into your account. As soon as you submit the payment, U.S. Cellular processes it right away. So you don’t have to fret over late fees as long as you pay before your due date.
Paying Through the U.S. Cellular App
If you prefer paying on your phone, U.S. Cellular also offers a handy mobile app. You can download it on iOS or Android. Just like the website, start by logging into your account. At the bottom, tap “Make a Payment” then follow the prompts.
The app allows you to save payment methods too. So once your card or bank account is stored, paying your subsequent bills takes less than a minute. It’s great for those months when the due date slips your mind until the last moment.
No matter which option you choose, U.S Cellular doesn’t charge any fees for online or mobile payments. So don’t hesitate to whip out your phone and pay that bill if your laptop isn’t handy!
Other Ways to Pay Your U.S. Cellular Bill
