2. My Power Quick Pay
You can use Quick Pay instead of My Power if you don’t want all of My Power’s account features. With Quick Pay, you can make fast, one-time payments without logging in. Going to Quick Pay, enter your account number and payment information, and you can pay your bill right away.
While Quick Pay doesn’t include account management tools like usage tracking and paperless billing, it’s great for those times you just need to pay your bill on the spot.
3. Pay By Phone
Call Southern Pine’s automated Pay By Phone line at 1-800-231-5240 and use your credit card or debit card to pay your bill. Have your account number handy when you call. The ability to pay using our automated phone system makes bill payment easy when you are on the go.

When you sign up for automatic bank draft payments, your bill is automatically paid from your bank account.

Please continue to make payment by using your My Power account, mail, phone or in person until your statement indicates that the account is paid by draft. If you need the draft to be effective immediately, please contact your local office.

Paying your bill has never been easier! To pay your electric bill by phone call now and select Option 2 from the menu.
For your convenience, please have the following information available when you call:
- Your Southern Pine Electric account number.
- Credit card or debit card.
- Last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number.
