To register, you’ll need your account number, last name, and full name as shown on your paper bill. Create a username, password, and verify your email. Once confirmed, you can log in anytime and manage payments.

Pay Online
My favorite way to pay through the portal is using the “Pay Online” option. Simply log in, go to your account, and click “Make Payment”. You can pay by debit card, credit card, or electronic check.
Online payments process instantly and you’ll receive a confirmation email with the payment details. Paying online avoids the worry of a check getting lost or delayed. I like paying electronically for peace of mind.
Enroll in AutoPay
For ultimate convenience, enroll in auto-pay through the portal. This authorizes ComfortSystems to withdraw your bill payment directly from your chosen account each month.
To start, select “AutoPay Enrollment” in the portal and enter your details. Payments can be made automatically via credit card, checking, or savings. Set it and forget it!

If you prefer talking to a live person, simply call (218) 730-4050 to pay your ComfortSystems bill by phone. Have your account number, debit/credit card, or bank details ready.

If you prefer paying your bill in person, you can visit the ComfortSystems office at 520 Garfield Ave in Duluth. They accept cash, check, credit/debit cards and money orders.
I suggest paying in person only if you’re already planning to visit the office for another reason. Otherwise, the online and phone options are much more convenient.

A. You are able to use your checking or savings account to setup autopay, but not to make a one-time payment. To sign up for Easy pay and use your checking or savings for autopay, click here. You will need to enter the routing number, account number, financial institution name, and financial institution address. Our office does accept checks in person, via mail, or in our dropbox.

A. No, you can link your ComfortSystems accounts together. For each linked account you will need to know the account number, last name on the account, and full name as it appears on the bill for each account. To setup your linked accounts in the customer portal navigate to the user profile and select linked accounts. Once your accounts are linked, you will be able to toggle between your different accounts in the upper-left corner of the portal. Toggle to the account in which you would like to pay, go to the payment drop-down and enter your payment.
