One important change for customers is that Dominion Energy Hope Gas has issued new account numbers. Your previous Hope Gas account number will be replaced with a new Dominion Energy Hope Gas account number.
Your new account number should start appearing on your gas bills on or after January 2, 2024. It’s important to update any automatic bill pay or online payment accounts with your new Dominion Energy Hope Gas account number when you see it on your bill to avoid issues with payments posting correctly.
