If you are a patient of FCN, there are several easy ways for you to pay any balances on your account. The office lets you pay your bills online, over the phone, through the mail, and with flexible payment plans. I’ll explain the different ways below, and you can pick the one that works best for you.

Online Bill Pay

Paying online through the FCN website is the fastest and most convenient way to pay your medical bills There are two online payment portals available

MyChart

If you are already a patient at FCN and have an active MyChart account, you can easily pay your bills through your account portal. To see any unpaid bills, just log in to MyChart and click on the Billing tab. You can then safely pay online with a credit card or bank account.

MyChart also allows you to view billing statements and insurance claims details so you can understand exactly what you owe for different services and office visits. It’s a great way to manage all aspects of your FCN medical bills 24/7.

MyChart Guest Pay

Don’t have a MyChart account? No problem! The MyChart Guest Pay portal allows you to make secure credit card payments without logging in.

To use Guest Pay, you will need your account number and the amount due from your paper billing statement. Enter those details on the Guest Pay website and submit your payment by card immediately.

Online Bill Pay (pre-June 2022 visits)

For medical bills related to services prior to June 2022, FCN has a separate Online Bill Pay system.

To use this older system, you need two pieces of information from your mailed billing statement – the Bill Pay Code and the Amount Due. Enter those into the Online Bill Pay form and make your payment by credit card.

Phone Payments

If you prefer to speak to someone directly, call the FCN Patient Accounts department at (360) 318-9705 or toll-free at (866) 494-4414. Let them know you want to make a payment on your account.

They will take down your payment details over the phone and process your credit card payment (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover accepted). It’s a quick and easy way to pay your FCN bills.

Mail-In Payments

Sending a payment by mail is another option if you received a paper statement. Use the return envelope provided with your mailed statement to mail a check or money order to:

Be sure to include your remittance slip and write your account number on the check if paying this traditional way. Allow 7-10 days for mailed payments to process.

Payment Plans

If paying your full balance presents a financial hardship, FCN can work with you on a payment plan for managing large medical bills over time. Call the Patient Accounts department and explain your situation.

They will help establish an affordable monthly payment schedule that fits your budget so you can pay off your balance in a reasonable timeframe.

FCN understands medical expenses can be a burden and aims to provide flexible payment options. They won’t send unpaid accounts to collections as long as you are actively communicating with them and making payments.
