I love the convenience of paying online. It takes less than 5 minutes to complete and I can pay at any time of day or night HWWS does charge a small fee for online payments but it’s totally worth it for the efficiency
Pay by Phone
If you prefer to speak to a real person, you can pay your Harlingen water bill over the phone by calling (956) 430-6100 and selecting option 1. The automated system will guide you through the process. Just have your account number and debit/credit card ready.
The phone payment method has the same small convenience fee as the online portal but I don’t mind paying a bit extra to have the reassurance of talking to a customer service agent. The hold times are usually very short too.

The kiosk is quick, easy and avoids the need to wait in long lines inside the HWWS lobby. The convenience fee applies here as well but having the option to pay at any time is worth it.

The easiest way to avoid missing payments is to enroll in auto bill pay through your bank. This automatically deducts your water bill from your checking account every month.
