Going Paperless

As of March 1, 2023, Nationwide Children’s Hospital has transitioned to paperless billing statements. This means bills are sent electronically through your MyChart account rather than mail.

Paperless billing is faster, more secure, and better for the environment. However, if you prefer to still receive mailed paper statements, you can opt out of paperless billing in your MyChart account.

Simply go to the Billing section in MyChart and click “Cancel Paperless Billing” at the bottom of your statement summary. Then select the option to receive paper statements moving forward.
