2024 Residential Sewer Service Billing Schedule
New Castle County Executive Matt Meyer announced a three-week extension for residents to pay their New Castle County sewer bills due to postal service delays in bill delivery. Residents of New Castle County who receive New Castle County sewer services can expect their sewer bills to be delivered by February 16, 2024. Due to this unexpected delay by the postal service, the County Executive is extending the due date of the annual residential sewer bill until Friday, March 22, 2024. “When our office was alerted that residents had not received their annual sewer bills as expected, we immediately investigated the situation and learned that the delay had been caused by operational changes at the United States Postal Service. County residents should not be held responsible for these delays and so I ordered the three-week extension,” said County Executive Meyer.
If you do not receive your bill by February 16, please contact New Castle County at 395-5340. Sewer bills are also available to view, download, and print through our Parcel View system.
- Sewer payments can be made online free of charge through our Online Payment Center. This includes credit card (VISA, Master Charge, Discover, American Express), debit card, eCheck, ACH, PayPal, PayPal Credit, and Amazon Pay. Each transaction is limited to $650; if you are paying more than $650, you will be required to enter multiple transactions. These payments are accepted through Paymentus, a third-party provider.
