My favorite option is setting up automatic monthly payments through Paulding County’s free bank draft program. Payments are withdrawn from my bank account on the due date, so I never have to worry about late fees.
To enroll, complete the Automatic Debit Authorization form and attach a voided check. Automated payments give me peace of mind knowing my bill is always paid on time without hassle.
Same Day Service Fee
It’s important to pay your Paulding County water bill by the due date to avoid service interruption. If your water is disconnected for non-payment, you must pay the total past due amount plus a $50 reconnection fee.
Payments are processed daily at 8am. To have your service restored the same business day, the payment must be received by 4pm along with an additional $75 same day service fee. Payments after 4pm will be reconnected the following business day.
Avoid service disruptions by paying on time and enroll in autopay for assurance. But this same day option provides a contingency if ever needed.
Payment Kiosks
For another self-service option, Paulding County offers payment kiosks located outside their office and inside the administration building. The exterior kiosk is available 24/7.
