Step 1: Log In to Your Online Account

On the login page, enter your username and password and click Log In.

If you don’t already have an online account, click Register to create one. You’ll need your UGI account number and an email address.

Step 2: Select a Payment Method
Under the Payments tab, you have the option to pay by card, checking account, or savings account.
For credit/debit cards, enter your card number, expiration date, and security code.
For bank accounts, you’ll need to provide your account number and routing number.
Your payment method will be saved for future online payments. You can update or remove saved payment methods under Payment Options.
Step 3: Enter Payment Details
On the payment screen:

Verify your account number, service address, and account balance.

Enter the payment amount. You can pay the total balance, minimum due, or a custom amount.

Select a payment date up to 30 days in the future. Payments will process on the date selected.

Click Continue to proceed.
Step 4: Review and Submit Payment
Carefully review the payment details on the next page. Verify your payment method, amount, and processing date.
If everything looks correct, check the box to agree to the terms and conditions and click Submit Payment.
You’ll see a confirmation page with your payment details and confirmation number. An email confirmation will also be sent. Keep this for your records in case you need to contact UGI about your payment.

Pay Without Logging In (Quick Pay)
