On the VEC Website:

Go to www.victoriaelectric.coop and click “Pay Bill” at the top of the page.

Click “Register” under the login fields.

Enter your VEC account number, last name or business name on the account, and an email address.

Create a username and password.
-
Agree to the terms and conditions and click “Register Account”.
That’s it! Your account is now enabled for online bill payment.
On the VEC Mobile App:
You can also sign up for online bill pay directly in VEC’s mobile app for iOS or Android.

Download the app and open it.

Tap “Register” at the bottom of the screen.

Enter your VEC account number, last name or business name on the account, and an email address.

Create a username and password.

Accept the terms and tap “Register”.
After registering on the app, you can immediately log in and start managing payments.

To enable multiple employees to access and pay VEC bills, contact VEC to have them set up sub-accounts under the business’ main account. Users can be assigned viewing, editing or payment permissions as needed.
Paying Your VEC Bill Online
Once signed up for online bill pay, here are tips for making payments:
