- Billing statements are mailed on the last business day of every month.
- Payments are due on the 10th of the month and have a 5 day grace period.

The City of Gladstone offers two different ways to set your utility account to auto-pay:
- Using your checking or savings account: complete the form located HERE, or complete the information on the back of your bill, and bring it to the utility billing department along with the current months payment. The utility billing department will process your payment on the 10th of the month. If the 10th falls on a weekend or a holiday, the payments are processed the following business day. Setting an account up to auto-pay using a checking or savings account will not be active until the following billing cycle.
