Changing the Look of Your Water Bill

In an effort to create a better experience for our customers the City of Levelland began utilizing a new “paper” Water Bill format beginning October 1, 2010. The old “card” format limited the citys ability to provide adequate billing detail to our water users. This new format allows for a more detailed billing information section and additional space for communications from the city to its customers.

In addition to a better customer experience, taxpayers will also receive the benefit of cost savings in postage, personnel, and replacement of obsolete equipment. You can see a copy of the new format by clicking on the New Water Bill.
