When you pay for something online just once, e-check is free, but credit/debit cards cost a small $2 fee. 95 convenience fee. For auto-pay enrollments, e-checks stay free and cards incur the $2. 95 monthly fee.

Online payments hit your account instantly, so you’ll avoid late fees. You’ll receive an emailed receipt to confirm. Paying through the city website takes just minutes!

Pay Over the Phone

To speak with a city representative when you pay your bill, Hollywood offers convenient phone payment. Call 954-921-3938 and select the billing option.

Have your account number and current balance ready. Helpful agents are available Monday-Thursday from 7am-6pm to take your payment by e-check or card. E-checks are free while cards have a $3.95 fee.

One thing to note – if your account is past due, call the city before paying to avoid disconnection. The online system won’t automatically reconnect you if you’re past due.

Pay in Person

For personal service, stop by Hollywood City Hall at 2600 Hollywood Blvd to pay in person. They’re open Monday-Thursday, 7am-6pm.

Inside, pay by cash, check, money order, e-check, or debit/credit card. E-check and cash/check under $500 are free. Cards have a 2.95% convenience fee.
