The East Chicago Water Department’s customer service walk-in lobby is open for business transactions, Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. Additionally and in light of the current events and in an effort to protect the health of our employees and customers, the following restrictions and measures will be implemented for the walk-in lobby areas until further notice:
