You can securely pay using a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express debit and/or credit card at the City of Laredo’s Click2gov site (except between 3:00am and 4:00am), and access account information. A $2.75 convenience fee will be added when using this service (The Ordinance shall become effective as soon as the utility software is updated but not before January 2, 2023). Note that payments are posted the following business day.

The Drive-Thru Service is located on the north side of City Hall Annex at 1102 Bob Bullock Loop. Drive-thru will remain open for all payments such as taxes, utilities, alarm permits, paving, force cleaning, beer and wine, hotel/motel, water contracts, hazmat, and demolition.
